Supersize Me

I saw the documentary Supersize Me last night, and what got me most was not all the McDonalds he ate, but all the sugar they showed at the end of the movie. The guy ate a pound of sugar a day! Anyhoo, I am trying to stop drinking so much soda, and have switched to just water in the afternoon and evening. I will keep you posted as to how it is treating me. Well, that doesn't really matter because no one reads this damn blog! -MG
